Anonymity in Every Respect
- The identity of professionals and executives remains anonymous.
- Employers can also post an anonymous ad or directly contact specialists and managers to avoid unrest within the team.
Executives apply. So do companies.
Equal footing. For both.
To better meet the needs of the regional labor market, we have expanded our range of services and now, through our "look4U – job finder" platform, offer companies, recruiters, and potential applicants the opportunity to connect directly and easily. The focus is exclusively on specialists and executives. look4U operates across industries and positions itself as a link between the Italian and German-speaking economic areas and labor markets.

Services for executives
Our "look4U – job finder" platform gives job seekers the opportunity to apply directly and easily for open positions at companies and recruitment agencies, or to post an "anonymous" ad themselves (in German, Italian, or English) to present their professional profile on the market. An "anonymous" ad means that applicants remain undisclosed until they choose to respond to contact requests from companies or recruitment agencies. This service is aimed exclusively at specialists and executives. No contact details are stored or tracked by look4U.
